Hi, I'm new..... So now what?
I suggest for you to do now is say hi to everyone in the Hello and Goodbyes Board -Name will be edited once board is created for new members to say hello or goodbye- Once you do that, you should scan over the rules, make sure you read them carefully. When you are done with that, you should then make a cat character then start role-playing.
What do you mean by creating a cat?
What I mean is by typing down a bio for the character your making. If you really don't understand, I will suggest you look at some examples. When you finally get a clue on how people make characters, you will need to look at and feel out a form created for free use on this forum. I want you to be very creative and make the cat from your own imagination. Do not steal someone else's bio and claim it as your own!
Well I made a cat now what?
You will need to then start role-playing, and if you don't know what that is, please PM staff, or a regular member for help. Where you role-play your cats, may effect other cats as well. For example.....
A ThunderClan cat walks into Shadowclan territory. Shadowclan cats get mad, and fights break out.
This is a example on how you can effect other characters cats, another example is.....
A small kit walks out of camp, Warriors search for it.
See if you were playing the kit, other members cats would want to find it, which makes a role-play start. A less dramatic role-play beginning maybe....
The Apprentice heaved a impatient sigh, looking around the den for someone to talk to.
You could get one of your cats to come up and talk to him. Which may begin a role-play, if someone bothers to reply.
That sounds kind of fun, are my characters limited on where they may go.
No, not really, but I suggest you becarefull. If your character manages to get involved into to much, they could get in trouble with other characters.
-New Member guide will be updated soon, and I will add more-
